The Illume Support Centre at BC ELN is available for Library Staff & Administrators with any questions, concerns or feedback on the Illume (SHAREit) interlibrary loan system. Library Patrons using Illume, please contact your Public or Post-secondary home library directly for assistance instead.​

  • In emergencies, Library Staff should email or call 236.880.1287 immediately if you receive an out-of-office message and the Illume (SHAREit) interlibrary loan system has been unavailable for 30 minutes or longer.
