ILL Library Staff and Administrators should send any questions, concerns or feedback on Illume to the Illume Administrative Support Centre at BC ELN for assistance.

If you are a Library User (patron) at a BC or Yukon Library using Illume, please contact your Public or Post-secondary home library directly for assistance.​

In emergencies, such as the Illume system unavailable for 30 minutes or longer, please email or call 778.782.3036 immediately if you receive an out-of-office message.
