Post-Secondary Non-Returnable (Copy) Preferred Lender List
As of November 2024, all Post-secondary libraries have had their Non-Returnable lender list optimized according to BC ELN best practices which prioritize consortia-wide load leveling from smallest-to-largest BC ELN library (by current year student FTE), regardless of geography or institution-type (eg. College or University).
Tip: If your library would also like to update the "Preferred" lender list to be used for Returnable (Loan) requests only please contact us for assistance or check-out our guide here: https://illumebc.ca/guides/ps-preferred-lender-lists
Post-secondary libraries should not update or re-organize their Non-Returnable preferred lender list. Please contact us instead if you have any questions or concerns or would like to change your institution's location on the post-secondary Copy request lender list. All Copy requests created at post-secondary institutions via SHAREit will re-organize available BC ELN lenders via the ERTI Smart-build in the order below:
