How do I update my Request Manager category settings?

[Staff Settings & Customisations] Staff can update the columns or filters that appear in their Request Manager's Borrower and/or Lender categories using the "gear" icon pop-up.

Please note that settings apply to all Staff using a shared account and are updated immediately. And the same filters/columns will display across all Borrower categories or all Lender categories. For example, if Staff activate the categories below in the Lender > Will Supply/In Process category they will also display in the Lender > Pending category.

Once you've checked-off your desired filters/columns, please click the "gear" icon again to hide the settings pop-up!
