The 2019 Illume (formerly OutLook OnLine) Action & Achievements Annual report is now available from: https://bceln.ca/sites/default/files/reports/Illume_Actions_Achievements_2019.pdf

This year's report includes:

  • Highlighted savings and benefits the service brings to BC
  • Coordination of the upgrade to Version 6 of the SHAREit software
  • Rebranding of the OutLook OnLine service as Illume
