Look-up your Institution/Library Name below or check-out the BCUC Data Input Submission spreadsheets directly from Auto-Graphics:

Information is available on the last known full strip & reload or partial update (addition/deletion) of union database records (including # of records) for Post-Secondary or Public libraries. BC Coop submits records on behalf of SITKA libraries twice monthly. If your records were recently submitted they may not yet be updated in the tables below. Notice any errors or have any questions? Please contact us.

According to Union Database Submission Guidelines, libraries should perform a full strip & reload of their union database records at least twice a year, or more frequently if desired. Please remember to copy the Illume Administrative Support Centre on your email when submitting records to Auto-Graphics.

Institutions highlighted with N/A do not upload records as they are live Z39.50 or WMS targets only. Please let us know if your status is incorrect or check-out the ShareFILE (formerly FTP) Procedures for Uploading Records for more information on how to update your records now!
